Direct Download Links

Preparing your files for print

Template files for each product can be found here:
https://wholesaleart.co/pages/product-info

File naming

We require that your print-ready files be named with the following format:
“Your internal SKU number”_“Your product title”.jpg
Ex. If you have an art print of an alligator that you call “Baby Alligator Art Print”, and you’ve assigned it with a sku number of AL-209, the name of the print-ready file you submit with your order is to be:
AL-209_Baby Alligator Print

    Saving your direct download links
We recommend that once you’ve created your direct download links, you save them in a spreadsheet for quick access for future orders. Please note that if you move the location of a print-ready file in either your Dropbox or Google Drive, the direct download link may become broken and you’ll need to gather it again when the file is in its new location.
